Founder Annie O. Waterman has dedicated the last 18 years to exploring the world through the lens of craft, culture, and design. She ventures off the beaten path to discover authentic, untouched places that boast rich cultural and craft heritage, including Moldova, Georgia, Romania, Latvia, Estonia, lesser-known regions of Portugal, and more.

AOW collaborates with experienced local experts to create and curate custom-tailored experiences for professional buyers, craft tour and travel companies, and individuals seeking a more immersive, cultural experience through craft and meeting artisans.
